
Hi, I’m Sarah — a personal trainer with nearly a decade of experience helping women rebuild strength, confidence, and connection with their bodies after birth.
Since 2016, I’ve worked with women at every stage of motherhood — from women seeking to prepare their bodies for pregnancy and new moms navigating their first postpartum months to seasoned mothers of multiples, including moms of twins and even one incredible mother of nine kids! Many of my clients come to me dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, prolapse, or simply feeling disconnected from their bodies and I consider it an honor to be part of their journey to feeling at home in their skin and taking time to support their own wellbeing in the same way they support their families.
I created Root + Restore to offer something deeper than just fitness: a space where women can heal, move, and grow stronger — physically and emotionally. My approach combines movement science with deep compassion, focusing on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, strength training, and holistic recovery.
Whether you’re newly postpartum or years into motherhood, my mission is to help you feel empowered in your body again — not to “bounce back,” but to rise forward. I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, supported, and like herself again — for her own well-being and as a powerful example to her children.
